Japanese Sencha Tea is a Japanese green tea that is steamed after plucking to stop the oxidation process. It has a lighter, more delicate and herbal flavor than most Chinese green teas.

About this tea

Our Japanese Sencha produces a pale, mild, and delicate brew with a complex herbal flavor that is very refreshing. In Japan Sencha is also brewed for use as an iced tea (although without the ice to dilute its delicate flavor -- a chilled tea is probably a better description).
