It is produced using organic and fair trade methods that have remained traditional and relatively unchanged for generations.Yirgacheffe is prized for its intensely fragrant and flowery aroma, with a subtle citrusy acidity and chocolate on the palate. It is a lighter bodied cup with a characteristic sweetness to it. A very complex flavor profile, indeed.
