In fact it is probably about as close as is possible today to coffee as it originally was centuries ago. Every sip is like a taste of history. Our beans are produced in a bird-friendly manner by indigenous farmers.In keeping with its ancient nature, our Ethiopian Harrar has fascinating and complex flavor profile that rivals any fine wine. You'll be treated to not too subtle spiciness, fruitiness, with suggestions of chocolate, citrus, and anise. It's bouquet is equally complex.
